Create Pins (any form that works for your brand) / Idea Pins and of course ads. Due to the nature of the timing of these November trends, I would recommend trying Idea Pins and ads. Especially ads because you don’t have to wait for the Pinterest search engine team to crawl your content and start showcasing it for users.
Add the keywords I highlighted, in your pins title, description, add it to the correct board and of course your pins imagery (Pinterest does crawl the images). Make sure to do your own research as well on how those keywords can be used for YOUR target audience.
